The class takes place via Zoom every Monday at 8PM BST  (British  Summer Time - to  convert  to  your  local  time  click here.)  Please note, another time slot will only be opened up in the event of over-subscription to the first class.

Participants will need:

A computer/tablet with a decent sized screen and the Zoom app ready loaded (get it here)

Speakers or good wireless earbuds

Enough room to swing about and dance a little

Peace and quiet for the duration of the class (60mins)

Participants will get the most out of the class if they are equipped with:

A willingness to try odd and silly things

A webcam and microphone

A simple portable musical instrument such as an acoustic guitar, small electronic keyboard, xylophone, penny whistle
