Conditions of purchase:
1 Booking times are final and cannot be altered, except:
2 ONE lesson time may be altered after initial purchase, provided a) 48 hours notice is given before the newly-booked session, and b) re-booking is made no later than 24 hours before the original appointment.
3 In the event of Simon not being able to attend a session, re-booking will be offered. Should this not be possible, the lesson fee will be refunded.
4 Students are required to attend sessions on time. 10 minutes grace will be given to late students, after which the session will be deemed to be MISSED.
5 Students are required to have a video-phone with an adjustable stand, at least one instrument, and a quiet environment in which study.
6 Students understand that although Simon may be using psychological methods to improve the student's skills, this does not constitute any form of physical or mental or emotional therapy or medical advice. The student takes full responsibility for their own physical, mental and emotional well-being.
